Shipping and Returns

Shipping Rates Australia:
$10 standard shipping for all orders under $50.
Free shipping across Australia for orders greater than $50.
Registered Post is available for an extra $5. Please contact us if you'd like to register your items.

Shipping Rates Worldwide:
$20AUD flat fee for shipping, excluding New Zealand which is $15.
Please contact us if you require insurance on your items. Also note, nail polish cannot be sent overseas.

Orders are processed daily and sent through Australia Post, using their express service whenever possible. In Australia, we expect you to receive your order within 5 business days. Public holidays may cause delays. Outside of Australia, parcels should arrive in 5-14 business days. Sale periods may also cause delays.

Please note when checking out with PayPal, these charges may not show up until your order has been processed and you are returned to our store.

 

Refunds:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and unworn, with no signs of makeup, tan, or deodorant, and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation/proof of purchase. All original tags must remain in place. Once tags have been removed, the item is no longer returnable. We will issue a full refund on receipt at our discretion, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item if the stock is available. Please note, sale items cannot be returned.

Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, such as registered post.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
